The men each hold a musical instrument, with the exception of the conductor who stands at the front with a baton. There are two drums on the floor in front of the group. Ink on negative: caption, "H" and "Scurlock Photo". "EASTMAN - SAFETY - KODAK" edge imprint. Pencil retouching on face.
