Posed group of women and one man in two rows in front of the Metropolitan Baptist Church. The front row is seated, whilst the back row stands. The women are dressed in medical service uniform of white dresses, hats and shoes. Most of the women are holding a rolled piece of paper, presumably a diploma. The man stands in the center of the back row dressed in a suit. The plaque on the wall behind reads, "Metropolitan Baptist Church. Sunday Services Preaching 11 A.M. Sabbath School 9 A.M. B.Y.P.U.
