Summary:
Group of children in a classroom measuring wheels to determine diameter and circumference. Two children are measuring the wheels of an upturned bicycle. Another is writing on a blackboard which has diagrams and text which reads, "A wheel measurinig 27" across..." and "To find the ratio of the circumference to the diameter". No ink on negative. "9 ANSCO SAFETY FILM" edge imprint.
