Summary:
Group of girls manning a stand with signs reading, "National Capital Vocational Asso'n", "NCVA Journals on sale now" and "Journals". The girls at teh stand are wearing hats with the NCVA logo and holding copies of the journal. On either side of the stand is a table with a sign "Information". To the right is a car door and side panel mounted on easels. No ink on negative. "3 AGFA SAFETY FILM" edge imprint.
