Southern California high school, founded in 1905 as Jewel Union High School. It was later converted into Gardena Agricultural High School and into a regular high school in 1917.
A collection of high school memorabilia from the 1950s. Includes: yearbooks; a full collection of copies of the school newspaper, "The Lark" from those years; a sporadic collection of another school newspaper, "Smoke Signals"; sports programs; photographs; and other documents. The "Smoke Signals" newspapers were donated in 2010.
