Dr. Hernandez-Rebollar was born in the state of Puebla, Mexico. He received his B.S. in Electronics at Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla in 1993. He received his Master's in Electronic Engineering from the Instituto Nacional de Astrofisica, Optica y Electronica, and his Doctorate in Science in Electrical Engineering at George Washington University.
Original and reference audio cassettes, transcript, digital images and copies of PowerPoint presentation documenting Dr. Hernandez-Rebollar's invention of the AcceleGlove. The AcceleGlove prototype can translate the alphabet and over 300 words into American Sign Language in English and Spanish.
