No ink on negative. Dr. Charles Harris Wesley, a member of the Howard University faculty, speaking from a podium. "K" is written in the right-hand corner of the envelope in which this negative was originally stored. "A.N." is written and "SCURLOCK 900 YOU ST., N.W. WASHINGTON, D.C." is stamped on the envelope as well. "3 AGFA SAFETY FILM" edge imprint.
