Summary:
Group portrait of children sitting on the steps in front of a building which might be Randall Junior High School. There is a shield shaped sign that reads "NO PARKING 8:30AM TO [?]PM ON SCHOOL DAYS POLICE DEPT." which is located on a tree in the background to the right. Some of the children are wearing arm bands that read "JH". There is another letter before the "JH", but it cannot be made out in this picture.
