Harvey S. Ladew bought the property and spent the following years developing his topiary garden. Ladew was born in the Long Island Hunt country in 1886 and decided to move to he Maryland Hunt Country in 1929 and died in 1976. The Great Bowl. About 20 other miscellaneous views of Ladew Topiary Gardens are uncataloged in the Garden Club of America Collection. Tivoli Theater ticket box office is now lunch and teahouse.
