See lecture booklet - "Small gardens and terraces" - Slide # 79. Another Wissahickon Garden is enclosed on 3 sides by a Taxus hedge and divided by grass pathes into four quarters. It is on a hillside and the two lower beds are slightly larger to compensate for the slope. The edging is mellow rope pattern tile. Use of slow growing perennials, mostly evergreen and low annuals supply balance and color.
