Summary:
"G Clark Hall Council 5- 8x10" in ink on edge. "Defender Safety Base" imprint on edge. G Clark Hall was the men's dormitory at Howard University. It was severely damaged by Hurricane Hazel in 1954 and was replaced by the College of Fine Arts (ca.1960).
