Items in this series were not performed at the premiers of "Sacred concert I," "Sacred concert II," or "Sacred concert III." They were apparently associated with subsequent performances of these suites. Parts for "Johnny Hodges' blues" and "Mara-gold" are noted on the bottom of this part. Handwriting and other details have been reported based on the notes of David Berger, Andrew Homzy, Dr. Theodore Hudson, Walter van de Leur, Wayne Shirley, and Dr. Mark Tucker.
