Short score does not indicate instrumentation and appears incomplete. Parts for 6 reeds - flute, oboe, Johnny, Pro, Paul, bass clarinet; 5 trumpets - 1, 2, Nance (2), 4, Cooky; 4 trombones - 1, 2, 3, Tizol.
