An untitled piano vocal score is noted on the verso of the conductor score in Folder A. A part for "Frankie and Johnny" is noted on the bottom of the part in Folder B, grouping i. Parts for "Swamp fire" are noted on the verso of the parts in Folder B, grouping ii. Handwriting and other details have been reported based on the notes of David Berger, Andrew Homzy, Dr. Theodore Hudson, Walter van de Leur, and Dr. Mark Tucker.
