Sparnon was born Dec. 8, 1895, Chatham, N.J. Entertainer, musician, and arranger, he was also an orchestra leader and musical director of Keith's Theater, Syracuse, New York, and musical director of radio stations WSYR (Syracuse) and WHEC (Rochester).
