A Sea Storm and Shipwreck by PILLEMENT. The original in the National Gallery at Florence, was painted in crayons. This is the only copy that has been made for 30 years, and was selected for the grandeur of its composition and its atmosphere of rain and spray; Pillement is supposed to have been the Master of Vernet.
