The painting No. 14, represents the arrival of Col. Humphreys in Congress-Hall in Philadelphia, Saturday, November 3d, 1781, with the dispatches of Gen. Washington, and the standards taken at Yorktown. On this occasion, there was a splendid military parade. This painting was executed in Spain by a Spanish artist.
