This picture possesses undoubted marks of authenticity. It is a portrait of one of the Bourbons under guise of the character of Bacchus. It is one of the eight pictures stolen from the Louvre in the Revolution of 1795. Connoisseurs have given this picture much notice. [P. 9.]
