Mr. Fisher's reputation is so well established as to need no commendation from the Committee. These are not however among the best works of his pencil, though possessing many of the qualities that have gained him so respectable a rank among the artists of the country. The interior of the stable seems to us to be distinguished among the others for truth and beauty of effect. A Silver Medal. [P. 23.]
