This picture, which is a recent acquisition to the art wealth of Cincinnati, has just left the easel of its author. Its broad treatment, careful finish, and splendid effect of sunlight give evidence that, in its author, Germany bids fair to have an artist worthy the reputation of Troyon. [P. 19.]
