The photographs in water colors, by Addis & Koch and Bradley & Rulofson, deserve especial mention for their beauty and harmony of coloring, free and artistic handling of drapery and backgrounds. The flesh coloring is strong and vigorous, but is somewhat wanting in truth to nature. In the last named collection there are many very beautiful pictures, both large and small. [P. 68.]
