The full-length, life-size portrait, by Conant, on exhibition, attracts much attention. The subject is a young gentleman who possesses no small share of good looks, and the artist, in color and every other conceivable accessory, has given him the full benefit of his natural gifts. It is a fine picture for a parlor. [P. 79.]
