6. "Driving Sheep." Authenticated study by the great Troyon of France, lately in the McKaye collection. A powerful and characteristic "study," effectively mirroring the genius of this greatest of the animal painters of the ninteenth century. [P. 61; exhibited under heading: "Paintings."] PAINTING IN OIL (ORIGINAL). Animal Painting. First premium of a diploma and $25 to Troyon's beautiful study, "Driving Sheep," exhibited by S.A.
