DESCRIPTION BY THE ARTIST.--Master Jack Stansbury and his Dog. View of Garden Landscape, and East Front of Residence of G.L. Stansbury, Esq., with a repetition of the small figures, and the principal figures, boys and animals reversed. In the distance is a view of the Mississippi River. The intention of the design is to preserve home scenes and incidents for the future pleasure of Masters Harry and Jack. (STAND OFF TWENTY FEET TO SEE THE PICTURE.) [P. 8.]
