Basso Relievo, in Clay, Plaster, Terra Cotta, or Wax, original.--The first premium, Diploma and ten dollars, was awarded to S.V. BROWNLOW. He exhibited a fine medallion likeness of Mr. NATHANIEL PASCHALL, the senior proprietor and editor of the "Missouri Republican." The second premium was awarded to JOHN FITZGERALD.
