FLOWER PAINTING IN OIL. 1st Premium, Diploma and $15; 2d Premium, Medal. In this, Mr. Kirschbaum of St. Louis took the first premium. The painting represented a Vase and Garland of Flowers. It was a graceful production, the drawing being correct and the coloring natural. [P. 99.]
