Drawing with Pen.--The second premium, Medal, was awarded to D.B. Walcutt of St. Louis. Some of the specimens exhibited by Mr. Walcutt were human figures conveying by allegory some interesting information. One of the specimens portrayed one of the battles during our Revolution. They were finely executed. [P. 99.]
