This beautiful Bust was executed by the great American Sculptor, Hiram Powers, from the finest statuary marble, after Houdon's model, and is one of the most faithful likenesses extant. [P. 14; engraving on p. 14 is signed "M. Orr, N.Y." and depicts admirers clad in nineteenth-century garb, clustered around a large bust of Benjamin Franklin.]
