ITALIAN SCHOOL OF THE XVth CENTURY: The Virgin Mother and Child are seated in a richly ornamented chair, above which is a representation of the Angel Gabriel. On the right stand full-length figures of St. Catherine and St. Antonio Abbate; on the left St. Lucia and St. John the Baptist. On panel and gold-ground, pointed in form. 9" x 1'5. [P. 7.]
