AN ENGRAVING of Washington's Farewell Address on satin, was presented to the city by B.H. Rand, Esq. of Philadelphia. It is said to be the largest engraving of the kind in the world. Was published in London by Messrs. Fairmann, Rand & Toppan. [P. 23.]
