Wm. Page, N.A. This gentleman is a native of Albany, born in 1811. He is a pupil of the National Academy, and of its President. His pictures are proof of his high genius and great industry. This beautiful group attracted great attention a few years since, and he has painted many pictures of great merit since. (See Hist. of Arts of Des.) [P. 10.]
