[Dimensions and catalogue number given in a memorandum which accompanies the broadside. According to this memorandum, the picture derives from a Currier and Ives print after Vanderlyn. In small print under the main title, which is followed by an exclamation point in the original catalogue, appears the note: "Near Ft Edward, accompanied by 2 Indian chiefs who were acting as her escort, in the act of taking her life."]
