Description:
Guardians of the Flame Collection consists of the components of Cherice Harrison-Nelson's costume for Mardi Gras in 2004. Harrison-Nelson was Honorary Grand Marshall in 2004. Collection also includes New Orleans and Mardi Gras souvenirs, including beaded necklaces, plastic souvenir cup, hand fan, and postcards.
The Guardians of the Flame is a tribe in the Mardi Gras Indian Nation based in New Orleans, Louisiana.
