Summary:
This photo of Paul and Elisse was taken by Paul with a timer as a gift for Marilyn Aronberg Lavin (she was writing about Piero della Francesca's "Montefeltro Altarpiece") in the spring of 1967. They were in Paul's studio (to the right at the bottom of the steps, leaving the cortile), near the stove.
