Head and shoulders portrait of Robison.
Identification on verso (handwritten): Mary Turlay Robinson, Winter-Spring, 1954 before starting on a lecture trip of three months duration in French speaking countries under the Specialists Division of the State Department, U.S.A.; while I was in North Africa a cable came from Mr. Dulles, Secretary of State (signed by him at least) asking me to proceed to Yugoslavia at the end; I also spoke at UNESCO in Paris.
