Originally designed by Mr. Ennis (and at his death carried on by Archibald H. Sawyer and Oscar H. Julius; at Mr. Sawyer's death completed by Mr. Julius). The Mural will be officially presented to Major General Connor, Commandant of the Academy by Audrey McMahon, Assistant to Holger Cahill, in informal ceremonies this Saturday afternoon, October 2nd.
