Scrapbook contains primarily news clippings relating to Calder and his work, ranging in date from 1928 to 1932, but also some exhibition materials. Many of the clippings provided by "Le Lynx", a clipping service. Clippings relate predominantly to Calder's wire sculptures. Exhibition brochures and catalogs are for exhibits at the Harvard Society for Contemporary Art; Jacques Seligmann Gallery; Museum of Modern Art; Galerie Percier; Galerie Vignon; and the Julien Levy Gallery; as well as invitations to showings of Calder's Circus at various locations.
