Jefferson thanks Ankrum for including him in one of the group shows at her gallery, and discusses an education film on deafness that he is hoping to make.
Letter is written on a sheets featuring photocopied drawings by Jefferson, depicting: kitchen objects; a man smoking a cigar; a teapot and tea cup; a man playing standup bass; and people in a bar or restaurant.
Date based on Jefferson's reference to having watched the movie Children of a Lesser God which was released in 1986.
