Only two representative pages have been scanned; these pages include entries for Jean-Baptiste-Camille Corot and William Morris Hunt, among others. Ledger contains two indices, handwritten note before first index identifies them: Front index is for "artists", the one in back for "owners." In back of ledger two letters are tipped in, one from Frank Davis Millett to Joseph Dudley Richards, dated "Decr. 8", regarding his painting Baby worship; and one from Kate Greenaway, dated "21st Sept. 1888", describing a drawing she has sent to the Gallery.
