Letter from Prior addressing Hitchcock's upcoming visit to the Munson Williams Proctor Institute to assist in the decision-making process of whether to design a new building for the School of Arts or to renovate an existing space. On the verso of the letter is a pencil sketch of a building elevation and a list of architect's names, presumably in Hitchcock's hand.
