Irma Jaffe interviews Professor Fingesten of Pace University's art department. Interview takes place at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in New York City, where Fingesten discusses the symbolism of the cathedral's architecture and medieval architecture in general, including his theory which compares the structure of a cathedral to the human anatomy. Interview was recorded for WFMU radio station in Montclair, N.J. Close to the end of side 1 is a short excerpt of an unidentified man interviewing Irma Jaffe on the topic of collecting art.
