Identification beneath image, translated from Italian (handwritten): Anita Vedder at eighteen years old in costume (1830) for the artistic circle of Marghetta's masquerade. The Pirselli Masquerade.
Photograph is a full-length portrait showing Vedder wearing a gown adorned with flowers, gloves, and an elaborate headdress.
