Upper half of page is covered with a painting of a horse, a cow, a robin and a hive of bees in a grassy field, and two bluebirds perched in a tree.
Identification beneath image (handwritten): April seems to be the time when Winter and Summer meet. Gun-gun's birthday letter.
The lower half of the page is taken up with the letter to "Gun-gun" (Sharrer's grandmother, Honoré Sachs).
