Summary:
Gerhardt Liebmann (1928-1989) of the Association and Mike Levine of the NY City Planning Commission are the main speakers at this meeting, in which a moratorium on development in SoHo is discussed. During the second part of the meeting, speakers include Vincent Cahill, Carl Eden, and Doris C. Freedman.
Sound quality is very poor, but audible.
