Small print edition of Peace or War mural mounted on a mat.
Inscribed on mat (handwritten): Portable "Peace or War" Mural, 56" x 168", commissioned by the students of the Roosevelt Jr. High School in 1936. Paying the P.W.A. a 37-50 weekly salary raised by a students' paper drive. Later it was released in exchange for three California Landscapes for showing in the "Peace Projects Building" at the G.G.I.E. 1939 International Exposition. Cooperatively sponsored by Woman's Groups of the Bay Area. Ray Strong
