Exhibition files, artists' files, scrapbooks, photographs and printed material relating to the operation of the Betty Cuningham gallery.
A majority of the collection contains exhibition files that include catalogs and announcements, artists' biographies, reviews, and publicity. In addition, there are 15 DVDs produced by the gallery, 2005-2008, to accompany some exhibitions and 23 gallery guest books keyed to exhibitions. Artists' files include 22 volumes of Art Fair books (1 per artist) compiled by clients, and include photographs and biographical information on each artist. Eight scrapbooks contain exhibition announcements, reviews and installation photographs, and general publicity. Photographs include color transparencies and 35-mm color slides of artwork (A-Z by artist). Printed material includes exhibition catalogs and announcements.
