Biographical material consists of numerous resumes. Correspondence is with galleries, museums, and collectors as well as Susan Peterson regarding her writing projects,1991-2003. Legal records pertain to the lawsuit Jerry Rothman vs. Martin Alper and Reve and Sue Calloway, 2003. Financial records pertain to appraisals of the Rothman fine art collection, 1999, as well as shipping receipts and loan agreements. Photographs and slides are of works of art. 16 CDs and 6 DVDs contain images for the book and video, "Feat of Clay: Five Decades of Jerry Rothman," 2003, and the video "Rothman in Mexico". Printed material consists of press releases, clippings, exhibition announcements, and catalogs.
