Artists' files including correspondence, printed material, resumes, slides, and photographs of art or artists and files on six group exhibitions. Artists include Ciel Bergman, Jo Ann Callis, Mary Campell, Michael Dvortscak, Heidi Fasnacht, Patsy Krebs, Terence La Noue, Ken Riddle, Lyn Bell Rose, Italo Scanga, Paul Tzanetopoulos, Daniel Weiner, John White, and Allee Willis, among others. There are gaps in the records and several well-known artists that Goldeen showcased are not extensively documented.
An addition of 11.1 linear feet received 2014 includes artists' files, slides of works of art, videocassettes (VHS and U-Matic), one DVD, and one audio cassette featuring artists represented by the gallery, a laser videodisc and printed material. Artists represented include Nam June Paik, Robert Arneson, Roy De Forest, Paul Kos, Ed Paschke, Alan Rath and others.
