Painter; Seattle, Wash. Born in Naguilian, La Union in the Phillipines. His family moved to the United States in 1931 and to Seattle in 1941. Full name Valeriano Emerenciano Montante Laigo.
Donated 1990 by Val Laigo and in 1994 and 1998 by his widow Austreberta Laigo.
