Personal business records and correspondence of founder Marguerite (Peggy) deSalle (Mrs. Albert deSalle) include material which pre-dates the Gallery (1931-1950).

The papers were donated by William E. Woolfenden as personal representative of the estate of Marguerite L. deSalle.
